It is important to us to provide opportunities for our youth volunteers to pursue their education and careers. One way in which we do this is through providing scholarships. Recipients can use scholarships for any costs associated with education and career development.
Our Team Members do not receive any compensation for their time and work outside of scholarships, and we can only provide scholarships with your help. To learn more about the youth whose dreams you are supporting, visit our Team Page.
All gifts given to the Earthians Care Scholarship Fund go directly to scholarship awards. Scholarships are available to Earthians Care youth volunteers who have been active between the last and the current scholarship awarding cycle. Administration is not eligible to receive scholarships. Each cycle, the amount distributed from the Scholarship Fund, the value of individual awards, and the number of individual awards may vary based on funds available and the number of applicants. These decisions are made at the discretion of Earthians Care Administration.
Our current goal is to have a minimum of one awarding cycle per year with 100% of applicants receiving an award with a minimum value of $250. As funds become consistently available, we will add a second awarding cycle, each aligning with the beginning of a school semester.
HOW TO GIVE
Venmo is our preferred way of receiving financial gifts. This is the easiest way to contribute and there are no fees on either side of the transaction guaranteeing that 100% of your gift goes towards scholarships.
Click the button below or type in our username: @Earthians-Care
You can also give through GoFundMe. However, GoFundMe charges a transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per donation. So if you make a $25 gift, Earthians Care will only receive $23.98 of your contribution.
