Our Talent Database is an important community that will allow us to move forward with our current goals and maybe goals you inspire!

The first step is submitting an application. This is just a starting point so that we can get to know more about you, your goals, and how you will fit in with our team.
After reviewing your application, the team supervisor will send you an email letting you know if you've been accepted.
If you are accepted, you will then complete a two-part Orientation. First you will watch a video that gives details on the organization and your involvement. Next, you will have an orientation video call with your supervisor. During the call we will answer any questions you have and go into more personalized onboarding.
You do not need to officially accept your position until after Orientation.

No, we do not provide compensation for any positions. Our entire team, including Administration, is volunteer.
However, our Youth Volunteers are eligible to apply for a scholarship.

The amount of time you commit to Earthians Care is dependent on a few different factors: which team you join, your level of experience, and what you tell us you can commit!
We do expect team members to contribute to at least 4 out of 6 cycles a year. For Writing Team, this means writing an article for the newsletter. For Marketing Team, this means completing a minimum of 3 tasks (usually social media posts).
We are aware that you are a busy person with other priorities in life like school and work. We will work with you to make sure assignments are within your capacity each cycle. This should always be a fun opportunity and never a stressor in your life!

While experience is helpful, it is not required! We will meet you where you're at! Earthians Care is just as much about helping youth develop their skills as it is a platform for earth awareness activism.
Together with your supervisor, you will determine goals and priorities that will shift as you grow in your skillset!

Yes! You are welcome to hold more than one position at Earthians Care.

Yes! We have a volunteer hour log form that you can fill out. Your supervisor will then sign off on it so you have an verified record of your community service!

Scholarships are only for our youth volunteers. Youth volunteers must submit a scholarship application in order to be considered for an award. Scholarship awards must be applied to expenses associated with education and/or career development.
Currently, the amount of scholarships awarded and the monetary value of scholarships vary each scholarship cycle dependent on available funds. Last cycle we awarded two $400 scholarships.
We are committed to providing scholarships once a year and are working to add a second scholarship cycle.
